Customer Reviews
The dedicated .22 long rifle platform used for this Colt Government 1911 .22 Series is a licensed reproduction available in three rimfire variants-Government models 1911, 1911 Rail Gun, and 1911 Gold Cup. All models are in the popular 1911-A1 style. All three Colt Government rimfire models are dedicated .22 L.R.s, but they're engineered in true replica form with fully functioning thumb and grip safeties and the 1911's authentic half-cock mechanism. Grips and sights can be interchanged with a skeleton trigger, combat-style sights, beavertail grip safety, extended thumb safety, and a commander-style hammer.

Great .22LR pistol
Ive had one of these for several months now and its been great to me on the range. Good accurary and you can even shoot the cheap stuff without too much worry. As with all .22LR semi-auto pistols you will want to shoot good ammunition for best performance but I was able to put about 100 rounds of the cheap walmart Winchester down range before my first jam. Wanted to see if I could shoot it and while I prefer CCI I can say the cheap ammo worked much better in this gun than in a Walther P22. If youre in the market for a .22lr you cant go wrong here.
