Got mine 2/6/12. IT feels great with bigger grip installed, i have medium size hands. First trip out great results with CCI blazer ammo, not so good with cheap Remington. Build quality seems excellant, like you would expect from Ruger. A huge step up from the p22 i used to have. I give it two thumbs up, Only thing is, whats up with Ruger and the cardboard box?

We just went to the range with my new sr22 pistol and had a blast. We went through 600 rounds of bulk ammo and had zero malfunctions.The gun performed flawlessly and the smoothness allowed my wife to shred the bullseye on every target we put up.This is a great target pistol that will allow you to shoot all day for little money.I will buy a second one for my wife and plan on getting the sr22 rifle because im so impressed.

FUN PLINKER
The service was great from KYGUNCO. The gun was shipped fast to me and they helpful when I called them regarding the gun. I put 500 rounds through it and it shot great. Fantastic plinker!
I received My Ruger SR-22 about two weeks ago. KyGunco.com did a great job getting it to me. Right out of the box I switched Grips and the butt plates on the magazines. I have fairly large hands and the gun fits very well. It sighted in with just a few groups. I did notice that the rear sight does have a small amount of play side to side, but nothing that detrimentally affects this little rimfires accuracy. Also the Double action seems to have quite a lot of take-up, but single action firing is nice and tight. Loading the magazines is easy with the reasonably large and comfortable button on the side of the magazine. It disassembles very easily for cleaning. And has a nice smooth action. When I took it to the range I used CCI mini mags and CCI Stingers. Before cleaning the gun for the first time, occcaisionally the first round was a bit sticky getting chambered. But after a good cleaning and lube everything seems to cycling perfectly. I had only on FTE and I am certain it was ammo related. The Stingers are very fun to shoot, loud bang with just a bit of recoil. Makes you smile when you light a few of them off! As for accuracy Keep in mind that I dont have a lot of Pistol experience, This pistol performed very well! At 6 Yards I had quarter size grouping, 25 yards I was busting clay pigeons at will. At 50 yards I was able to break two or three clays out of ten shots. And I even decided to try it at 100 yards, first shot missed the clay by about 4 or 5 inches. I never did hit any clays at a 100 yards though. An excellent gun I am extremely happy with it!

Great Training Pistol
Great Pistol to train on to break habbits such as trigger jerking, flinching, pushing, etc. You can shoot all day long on cheap ammo vs 9mm or higher. Finally had a chance to take it to the range and fed it some CCI Velocitors fires very well with these, CCI 22LR AR ammo and remmingtons that a friend brought sorry cant be more specific. I did clean it before going to the range and had zero FTFs with aprox 200 rounds. The Safety is also a De-cocker, cleans easily get a bore snake! Comes with 2 Magazines which have levers you can pull down to make loading a breeze, nice Ruger pistol case and a pretty decent cable lock. Only regret Ive had.. wish I would have bought more magazines!

I bought this for my wife, and have to say I myself really like this gun. My FFL was impressed and also wanted one but now cant find one. I will say that the DA hammer pull seems long for my thumb and both my small framed wife and I both like the thicker grip the smaller grip is very thin. Otherwise, I think this will be great to carry to camp, train my girls with and dont see myself getting rid of it. KY Gun Company was very easy to deal with and I had my gun within a few days.

Right out of the box this gun performed very well. No sight adjustments were needed. The first 300+ rounds were Federal Bulk Box and a few CCI Stingers at the end. We had zero problems and then took it home for its first cleaning. The look and feel of the gun is great. The grips are a little tough to change out though. KYGUNCO was great.

Was unable to find this pistol anywhere for months until I found it here at KYGUNCO and for considerably less than the local gun shop also. Arrived to my FFL guy within a few days. Very good customer service at KYGUNCO. The pistol I recieved has the SR22 logo without the word "pistol" which from my reading indicated that it Is the newer model from Ruger. I have been very pleased with it. 800 rds thru it on my first trip to range, no problems at all. Came from factory already sighted in. Cloth case is a bit on the cheap side but I still use it. Get yours from these guys, you wont regret it.

great 22 semi-auto. adjustable sights, good trigger pull on single action. light weight, Im left handed so I really like the magazine release and the safety that works for both left and right hander. Also, clips button for reloading clips interchange easily from one side to the other. Nice product. I love mine.
