    Fantastic Revolver
I bought the GP100 new in 1988 while serving in the Navy and it has served as my primary home defense handgun to this day. Really pleased with the handling and performance, and fit and finish. Ruger does know their revolvers. After a number of years I did replace the stock Rose grips with Pach and its made a huge difference in recoil reduction. I think the new models come with Hogue. Overall a great firearm and looking to get a new one in stainless soon. Highly recommend.
