I have allways been a ruger fan but man$2000.for that No mud should have gone into the bolt or gas tube, none should have gone into the housing by the mag.or into the trigger group.sites look to be very poor from the factory it should have been sighted in somewhat close but that was un acceptable. Two k noway!

Ruger hits another home run.
There is not another 7.62 piston AR on the market that can touch the sr762 for the price. typical ruger accurate, indestructible and a great value.

I am looking forward to getting one of these. I have a SR556 and it functions wonderfully, cant wait to send a few downrange with the 7.62. More range, more punch...should be nice.

Ruger: Always No. 1
Ive been waiting for a 7.62 piston semi-automatic for a long time. Now that I own one, the wait was worth it. Im very happy with the extras that come with it rails and hand holds. Iron sighting at 100 yards was a cinch. Taking it out to 500 yards with a 4-15x50 scope grouped at 1.75 in. I couldnt ask for anything better for an auto-loading firearm. Good job Ruger.
