We operate two awesome retail stores in central Kentucky in conjunction with KYGUNCO.com. Over the last 80 years we have strived to make purchasing firearms simple for the law-abiding citizen. Our customers love our no-nonsense way of doing business. For the customer this means fast and free shipping on thousands of firearms at a competitive price, but without the hidden fees, credit card fees, club memberships and the gimmicky pricing tricks other retailers try. Straight Foward-Simple-Honest, that is how we've been doing it since 1946, and we don't plan on changing. ## Our Journey from Local Depot to KYGUNCO Since our inception in 1946 as Keene's Depot, we've spanned generations to meet the evolving needs of our community. Transitioning from a multi-purpose depot to KYGUNCO in 2001, we identified and filled the vital gap for a dedicated firearm and shooting sports outlet in Kentucky. Our mission was clear: to provide a specialized destination for all shooting sports enthusiasts. ## Embracing E-Commerce and Expansion Responding to our customers' needs led us to venture into online sales in 2007, further broadening our reach and adapting to the dynamic demands of the market and political influences. Our growth trajectory didn't stop there; we continued to diversify by acquiring a Honda Powersports Dealership in 2017 and entering the archery industry a year later. ## Our Latest Milestone: New Louisville Location In 2022, we proudly expanded our footprint by opening a new location in Louisville. This strategic move not only signifies our growth but also strengthens our commitment to providing more customers with access to our extensive product range, exceptional customer service, and unbeatable prices. ## Our Commitment to You At KYGUNCO, we are more than just a store; we are a family that is passionate about serving our community and customers nationwide. Our commitment to delivering the best customer service, a vast selection of products, and consistently unbeatable pricing remains unwavering. As we look to the future, we are excited to continue growing with you, ensuring that your experience with us is not just satisfactory, but enjoyable and rewarding. With KYGUNCO, you're in good hands for all your firearm and shooting sports needs. We're here to make the buying process easy, safe, and enjoyable, backed by our history of adaptability and growth in the industry. ```json {"@context":"https://schema.org","@graph":[{"@id":"https://www.kygunco.com/#website","@type":"WebSite","description":"Shop KYGUNCO for firearms, ammo, accessories, parts, and outdoor gear at low prices with fast, easy nationwide shipping.","name":"KYGUNCO","url":"https://www.kygunco.com/","publisher":{"@id":"https://www.kygunco.com/#/schema/organization/kygunco"}},{"@id":"https://www.kygunco.com/about#webpage","description":"Learn the history of KYGUNCO, from Keene's Depot to a premier online firearms retailer.
