When innovation and inspiration collided the 828U was born – the first over/under worthy of the Benelli badge. With the strength of steel and the weight of aluminum, the 12-gauge 828U has redefined the category. The 828U features: - Patented steel locking system and plate - Easily removable trigger group receiver - Adjustable drop and cast - Ergonomic opening lever - Impulse activated ejectors - From butt to barrel, there is nothing about the 828U that hasn't been rethought and improved. - Next Generation of Recoil Reduction - Progressive Comfort® - Incorporates three sets of patented interlocking flexible buffers that absorb recoil at different stages dependent on the strength of the shotshell's load. - Custom Fit QuadraFit™ - Easily adjust drop, cast, comb height, and length of pull in just minutes with the QuadraFit™ Buttstock. - More Uniform Patterns - Crio® System - Benelli cryogenically treats barrels and choke tubes to increase pattern density. - Custom Fit Stock - Adjustable Drop and Cast - Benelli has created the first O/U that allows for a customer fit stock. With 5 drop and 4 cast shims the 828U can be adjusted to one of 40 possible stock positions. The adjustable stock allows a shooter to find their natural alignment with the barrel and target, which translates into more broken targets. **SPECIFICATIONS** - Gauge: 12 gauge - Barrel length: 30" - Stock: AA-grade satin walnut - Receiver: Engraved nickel plated - Overall length: 47.25" - Average weight: 6.7 lbs - Sights: Fiber optic front sight with red inser ** WARNING: This product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
