The Blazer Vanes offer outstanding performance, especially with fixed-blade broadheads, but are equally compatible for applications such as crossbow bolts and 3D archery. Its constructed from proprietary materials utilizes a distinct design of a steep leading edge angle – this enables air to flow over the vane is a manner that actually creates lift, and leaves the tip of each vane in undisturbed air similar to the drafting principle used in auto racing. The result of this airflow makes the tip of each vane act like a rudder which begins steering and correcting the arrow immediately upon release, and creates a flatter trajectory that’s very noticeable when shooting at longer distances. Its recommended to fletch Blazer Vanes with a helical for optimal results, and like all of Bohning’s premium vanes, the Blazer are pre-primed for optimal adhesion, and are proudly made in Lake City, Michigan, U.S.A. ** WARNING: This product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
