The fit and finsih of the python is excellent. The problem is the heavy trigger pull. The single action pull weight is 6.5 lbs and double action is over 10 lbs (my gague just goes to 10 lbs.) That said shooting the pistol in single action does not feel that heavy as the action is so smooth. I have not adjusted the sights at 25 yards it shoots to point of aim and groups well. I have shot it a few times in double action however the trigger pull is hard to over come being in my seventies. Comparing the python to my smith 686 the trigger pull on the smith is well below that of the python. They are both fine revolvers, however I think paying over twice the price for the python it should have at least a trigger pull equal to that of the smith 686. 6/23/2025 ** ** ** ** ** ** Greg Belmont, MI Excellent service . Fast shipping !! 1/23/2025 ** ** ** ** ** ** John J NIAGARA FALLS, NY Excellent service would buy again, ive bought from KYGUNCO before great service. thank you again 12/30/2024 ** ** ** ** ** ** Nolan Harrodsburg, KY This is a nice gun, the finish, grips and sights are great. The trigger is good but not quite as good as the old models. Accuracy is excellent and recoil is very manageable. One complaint, the cylinder release is rough and sticky. I expect much better from Colt especially considering the price. KYGUNCO is great as always. 9/21/2024 ** ** ** ** ** ## Don't Forget Your Ammo ```json
