It arrived to my FFL loose in it's unsealed box without any Styrofoam or molding to protect it. It was missing trigger protection and literature of any kind. Do not know if anything else was missing from the box as I have still not received proper literature. KYGUNCO reached out to the firearm company rep on my behalf, I have not received any verbal communication back from either company yet. I did receive an envelope in the mail from the manufacture. It contained a barely legible Xerox copy of a manual for a different firearm... I have not tested this firearm yet as I prefer to read the user manual and cleaning instructions before the first use. Frustrated and unsure of next steps. 9 months ago ** ** ** ** ** ** Verified Customer Super fast shipping.
