The firearm is great. 300 rounds through it and no malfunctions. The slimness allows for a great concealable firearm, but the grip length allows for a full grip which makes it easy to control recoil. I have medium-large hands and have no issues getting my whole hand on the grip. As far as the company, the experience was great as always. I ordered online, went and picked up at the bardstown location, and was taken care of quickly. 5 stars all around.
