The ordering process was straightforward, the price was competitive, and the rifle arrived at my FFL without issue. I have absolutely no complaints about Kentucky Gun Co. and would happily purchase from them again. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for Henry Repeating Arms. I purchased a brand-new Henry Big Boy Color Case Hardened .357 Magnum, a rifle I had been looking forward to owning for some time. Upon inspection, I discovered a visibly misaligned front sight, along with evidence of damage around the sight installation. This was not the level of workmanship I expected from a premium American-made firearm. I contacted Henry and returned the rifle under warranty, requesting a replacement rather than a repair. While Henry arranged the return shipping, communication since then has been disappointing, with little meaningful information a 2 weeks ago ** ** ** ** ** ** James Nicholasville, KY I was super excited when I got the email that told me they had the Rifle.
