Their customer service is great. They will expedite any concerns or questions in a timely manner. Parts and accessories are widely available and gen 2.1 models are easily customizable. To me the biggest down fall for me would be is , because the vector is made 90% polymer and price range is about the average two bedroom apt. Rent , it's not easy to keep from quickly getting battle worn quickly if kept around other firearms.
