Only slightly more recoil than my Panzer M4. You can just put out a constant accurate spray of 00 buck with this thing. Very comfortable shotgun. 7 months ago ** ** ** ** ** ** Verified Customer A bit surprised that the High Velocity control is no longer a thing on the EGX500. Even reached out to Panzer who confirmed the HV control is no longer needed. They said, and I quote, “you can now shoot any velocity within reason without a change to the gas system”. Was news to me and news to the owners manual that still shows the HV control and explains how to use it for different loads. So far haven’t had any issues with both 00 and slugs so I’m guessing it truly is not needed. I did find the gas system makes an odd noise if I have the charging handle back and tilt the gun forward and back. There’s something moving around in there that I can’t quite figure out. Doesn’t seem to affect anything. Just is odd and can’t say I like it. I do like this bull up overall though and can’t beat the price. 3/19/2025 ** ** ** ** ** ** Robert Smyrna, TN This firearm no longer comes with the gas regulator button, 3 choke tubes and only comes with one magazine unlike what is advertised on Panzer Arms website. When I contacted Panzer I was pretty much told oh well get over it. Very misleading would not recommend. 3/13/2025 ** ** ** ** ** ## Don't Forget Your Ammo ```json {"@context":"https://schema.org","@graph":[{"@id":"https://www.kygunco.com/#website","@type":"WebSite","description":"Shop KYGUNCO for firearms, ammo, accessories, parts, and outdoor gear at low prices with fast, easy nationwide shipping.","name":"KYGUNCO","url":"https://www.kygunco.com/","publisher":{"@id":"https://www.kygunco.com/#/schema/organization/kygunco"}},{"@id":"https://www.kygunco.com/product/panzer-arms-egx500-12ga-3in-5rd-bullpup-semi-auto-shotgun-black#webpage","@type":"WebPage","description":"Compact 12-gauge bullpup shotgun chambered for 3\" shells with a 5-round capacity and semi-auto action.
