How about taking that steel frame, three-inch barrel revolver and making it the first factory red dot ready small frame revolver. That's right, thanks to our T.O.R.O. system, the 856 is now ready to accept compact red dot sights that fit the Holosun K-footprint. This moves the 856 into a whole new category of self-defense revolvers and it's one that we just created. The best news is that the 856 T.O.R.O. maintains all the features you already loved about the 856 Defender series. I added the Viridian Laser Grips and they are a great upgrade. I received the gun pretty quick and the process was very easy, will definitely purchase again from KYGUNCO. 11/16/2023 ** ** ** ** ** ** Verified Customer This is my first revolver, and I bought it for the option to run it with a red dot. It is a budget revolver; however, instead of having to shoot it with the rudimentary irons that come on budget revolvers... this one has a plate included with it that allows you to mount an optic with the Shield RMSc or Holosun K footprints. The grips were a bit small for my large hands and so I replaced them with some from VZ Grips which are much better than the rubber one that came on the gun The double-action pull is heavy, but usable and controllable. In this configuration, with the dot and shooting single action, I was easily able to put 20 rounds in a 8-inch group of at 15-yards by the end of the first box of ammo. 2/15/2023 ** ** ** ** ** ## Don't Forget Your Ammo ```json {"@context":"https://schema.org","@graph":[{"@id":"https://www.kygunco.com/#website","@type":"WebSite","description":"Shop KYGUNCO for firearms, ammo, accessories, parts, and outdoor gear at low prices with fast, easy nationwide shipping.","name":"KYGUNCO","url":"https://www.kygunco.com/","publisher":{"@id":"https://www.kygunco.com/#/schema/organization/kygunco"}},{"@id":"https://www.kygunco.com/product/taurus-2-856p39-856-38-spl-3-6rd-ss-ss-toro#webpage","@type":"WebPage","description":"Stainless 6rd .38 Special +P revolver with a 3\" barrel, DA/SA action, and optics plate compatible with the Holosun K footprint.
