General Return Guidelines
- Accessory Products: If you are not satisfied with your accessory product, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping costs). The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in 100% original condition with all labels and papers intact. Please contact us by phone or email to initiate a return.
- Firearms: All firearm sales are final. Once a firearm transfer is accepted, the firearm is considered used and cannot be returned or refunded.
New Firearms
- Coverage: All new firearms are covered by a manufacturer warranty.
- Process: It's usually best to send your firearm directly to the manufacturer for repairs or adjustments.
Used Firearms
- Coverage: All used firearms are sold with a 30-day warranty covering mechanical issues only. Cosmetic concerns (such as finish wear, scratches, or other aesthetic conditions) are not covered under this warranty.
- Options: At our discretion, we will either repair the firearm or refund the purchase price if a mechanical issue arises within the warranty period.
- Exclusions: This warranty does not cover firearms that have been altered or modified in any way, are missing parts, or have undergone self-gunsmithing or unauthorized repairs.
- Important Notice at Transfer: If you are not satisfied with the firearm’s condition at the time of transfer, you must deny the transfer for a full refund (shipping cost not included). Once the firearm has been accepted, the above warranty terms apply.
Special Items and Exceptions
- Electronic Devices and Optics: Includes hearing protectors, lasers, rangefinders, lights, etc. These items are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. These items must be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. No refunds or returns are accepted on these items.
- Ammunition and Triggers: These items cannot be returned.
- Partner-Fulfilled Orders: These are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Class III Items: Orders with submitted approval paperwork are subject to a 30% cancellation fee. All denied paperwork is subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
Wrong Item or Shipping Errors
If you receive the wrong item, KYGUNCO will replace it or give you a full refund if returned within 7 days of receipt. Please note that original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Shortages or missing products must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Cancellations
- Orders cancelled while processing (placed, invoiced, and/or shipped) and any unopened items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Refused shipments will incur return shipping charges.
Refusal to Accept Delivery
If you refuse delivery of your order, you forfeit the purchase amount, including taxes and shipping fees, and you will be charged for return shipping costs. No refunds will be issued.
