Designed to solve the challenges that come with running multiple guns and calibers, the Raptor is offered in a range of lengths and caliber options to match your specific setup.
Each Raptor suppressor attaches using the included Reflex mounting system or a flush mount. For even greater versatility, you can add the Raptor Adapter, which converts the suppressor’s base threads to the industry-standard 1.375x24 pattern—opening the door to a wide variety of QD mounting systems on the market.
The Raptor features spiral-shaped baffles that keep gas flowing efficiently while minimizing back pressure. When paired with the Reflex mounting system, the suppressor gains significant internal volume without adding to the firearm’s overall length.
The Raptor is offered in 5.56mm, 7.62mm, .338 caliber, and .375 caliber, with length options ranging from 2 spirals to 10 spirals. Reflex mounts are available in sizes from 1 inch to 5 inches, giving you plenty of flexibility to match your setup.
AB SPIRAL TECH
- AB Spiral Technology uses helical baffles to redirect gas into a controlled spin, rapidly dissipating energy and preventing the abrupt impact associated with traditional conical designs. This efficient gas management reduces back pressure, lowers tone, and delivers a smoother, more comfortable shooting experience at the ear.
MODULAR MOUNTS & END CAPS
- Interchangeable mounting systems and end caps allow the Raptor series to be used on a wide array of different host firearms. Using the correct aperture end cap for each caliber increases performance and is critical to maximum suppression, though not required for use when shooting sub-calibers through a larger bored Raptor.
TITANIUM
- With the utilization of Titanium, we achieve a longer life for the suppressor and also keep the weight at a minimum to allow for better accuracy and a better overall shooting experience. The Raptor's spirals, end cap, blast chamber & mounts are all constructed from 100% Titanium.
WELDED CONSTRUCTION
- The circumference welded construction allows for a maximization of internal volume for optimal sound performance, adds durability to the overall build, and makes for a tubeless design which decreases total system weight.
HIGH-TEMPERATURE CERAKOTE
- C-138 Jet Black high-temp, air-cured Cerakote is the industry-leading thin film coating for duty grade suppressors. We choose this because it withstands full-auto temperatures without failing, has low IR signature, and provides great abrasion resistance. This coating will not boil, bubble, or become discolored under hard use like its baked-on counterpart; H-series Cerakote.
IN THE BOX
- Each Raptor suppressor is sold with a Reflex mount, flush mount, end cap and six pin tool.
REFLEX MOUNTING SYSTEM
- A Reflex mount allows the suppressor to take advantage of the area around the barrel (otherwise unused) to significantly increase the blast chamber volume, without adding additional length to the weapon system. For example, a 3 inch standard Reflex mount increases the blast chamber's total volume to 7.26 cubic inches, which is equal to 243% of a flush mount's respective volume.
SPECIFICATIONS
- Reflex mounts are available for Standard Barrels up to 3/4” in diameter and Bull Barrels up to 1” in diameter. Stock reflex lengths are 1 inch, 2 inch, 3 inch, 4 inch, and 5 inch. All reflexes are made out of premium titanium, have a 1.625” diameter and have a 5/8-24 mount.
