The Blade: The utilitarian Sheepsfoot blade of the 319 is crafted from CPM S30V stainless steel for great edge retention and corrosion resistance and finished with a durable, non-reflective black DLC coating. The length comes in just under three inches featuring a plain cutting edge and simple nail nick opener towards the end of the front flat. Modern touches include an upper swedge grind and a jimped thumb ramp for a bit more control. This is a non-locking blade that operates on bronze washers and is held open/closed with a strong back spring.
The Handle: Durable G10 comes in a vivid Benchmade Blue with a subtle contour for comfort in the hand. The scales are attached to stainless steel liners which house the blade and DLC coated back spring which provides the slip joint operation. The Proper is finish up with black Torx screws and a generous lanyard hole at the end for user customization.
