Additionally, .300 BLK set out to utilize as many M4/AR15 parts and ammo components as possible. Although great for home defense and suppressed use in subsonic loadings, .300 BLK has evolved into a serious challenger to other intermediate cartridges like 7.62x39mm in supersonic form. This reduces weight while the additional M-LOK section still gives shooters a place to mount those must-have accessories.
