This is a great BB gun to teach your kids the basics. It's very accurate in the 5-15 yard range, operates smoothly and is fun if you're new to shooting or if you've been doing it a lot of years. It doesn't have the power to punch through both sides of a beer can at 10 yards, but it'll easily put 1/2" groupings at that distance. I set up a small range in the basement for this thing for those rainy days since it doesn't take much. Very pleased!
