At the core of the BTS12 is the SMART Valve Piston self-regulating gas system, which automatically adjusts to cycle both 2 ¾" and 3" magnum shells for flawless reliability. The chrome-plated, oxidation-resistant 18" barrel ensures durability and consistent performance with both slugs and shot. Its bullpup configuration keeps the overall profile compact while preserving barrel length and power, making it excellent for maneuvering in tight spaces.
The shotgun is equipped with ambidextrous controls, including a reversible charging handle, magazine release, and shell deflector for left- or right-handed use. A durable alloy magazine well allows for fast and smooth reloads, and the ThermoDefend® ergonomic forend grip, elevation-adjustable cheek rest, and soft rubber buttpad enhance comfort and handling. Integrated Picatinny rails on the upper receiver and handguard offer multiple options for mounting optics and accessories. Flip-up sights and sling loops come pre-installed for immediate out-of-the-box use.
