Second, you'll need to expand the case, which can be done by hand, by an expander die such as the Hornady E-Z Prime elliptical expander. However, Hornady has also included a unique feature the once-in-a-lifetime bullet seating rings, which tighten securely on the spindle without damaging the threads of the die.
