I’m a huge KelTec fan. I was disappointed at the build quality of the P50 vs my Hunter and 223 RDB. The safety is made of composite material and just feels glitchy. The latching system hangs up sometimes when replacing magazines. If the latching system bug is worked out I would give this gun 5 stars. For the most part it is everything I wanted. The magazine works great and I found it easy to reload with ammo. Expensive ammo. I wanted this handgun as it fills multiple purposes. It holds massive amounts of ammo. It is deadly accurate at close range and a hundred yards. I’m going to outfit it with a suppressor and the new Sig thermal sight. Yes, it will be my most expensive gun but this is a multipurpose gun that I have always wanted. It could even be concealed but I didn’t buy it for concealment. I will however, carry with me on trips and in my vehicle. I outfitted it with a sling and now I have a great gun, simple to use and I pack 400 rounds with my extra P90 magazines I purchased.
