While I would like to say I kept this, but I only purchased to trade for a kimber LW NightStar. Those are harder to find and the counter match to my Kimber LW Arctic. Otherwise, it would have been a great addition to my collection.

Wanted one for a long time. It was very hard to find and well worth the wait. The gun was in excellent condition and is a pleasure to shoot at the range. I was shooting 2inch groups at 15 yards! A great gun, could not be happier. A very good special edition handgun!

KYGUNCO was quick in getting this to my ffl. It arrived in good shape. I partially disassembled to inspect and found it was lightly oiled with no grease and in good shape. I did find a few particles in the chamber which moped out easily. The bore itself was super polished. All springs were very tight even after one trip to the range. The trigger pull weight is a somewhat disappointing 5.25lbs. At the range it ate my S&B 230 grain fmj ammo without a hiccup. I was pleasantly surprised as I suspected the magazine spring was too light when I loaded it. I am pleased with all the features the pistol has but disappointed in the trigger. I could shoot sub 6" groups at 14 yards but my Remington R1 shot sub 4" groups. The R1 has a 3.5lb trigger pull.
