It is constructed from lightweight rugged polymer and blends design details of Magpul's MOE Carbine stock and PRS Lite stock. The front edge of the stock works as a rest for the shooter's support hand, and the bottom of the stock can double as a bag rest. Additionally, an M-LOK slot is molded into the rear of the stock which can be used to attach a sling through the slot, or a Magpul M-LOK QD Sling Mount can be mounted to one or both sides of the M-LOK slot for use with QD style sling swivels. The MOE PR Carbine stock is designed to fit mil-spec sized carbine receiver extension tubes (not included) for standard AR-15 pattern rifles or large pattern .308 Winchester SR-25/AR-10 type rifles.
