Named after the Troodon (troh-o-don) Dinosaur, Troodon is Greek for "wounding tooth" and this knife is just that. The Troodon brings together a superior out-the-front technology with the feel of a Microtech classic. This project was spearheaded personally by Anthony Marfione and consisted of an internal collaboration of the Microtech team. The custom Tony Marfione Combat Troodon model is a knife built to be used. The handle is black DLC finished aluminum with a hefty, yet balanced feeling to it. The clip point blade is made from apocalyptic two-tone DLC M390 stainless steel with one of the most awesome grinds we've ever seen. The knife is accentuated by awesome ringed DLC hardware with a matching glass-breaker and actuation switch for a very slick tactical look.
