Based upon the classic American platform and design, the upper is made with the time proven recipe of sturdy bolt, precise locking carbine and reliable Mil-Spec bolt carrier group. We have also gone to a 1-8 twist, reduced the overall length for more concentricity and concentricity by removing the extractor and moving the extractor and charging handle assembly forward. We have eliminated many of the secondary locking lugs that can fail on lower receivers.
