I bought a brand new VRF 14 from Kentucky gun Co. a couple weeks ago. I took it home to clean it first day. I bought it and noticed a factory defect in the barrel. I called customer service a couple days later, and the customer service lady said that she would pass it on to the store manager at Ky Gun Co. That was over a week ago. Every time thst I call the store, I spend 20 minutes on hold. As of right now, I don’t know if Kentucky Gun Co stands by their products, or if I have to make a warranty claim on a brand new firearm. All I know is that I have a brand new VRF 14 that I don’t know if I can safely shoot. I called Rock on arms to make a warranty claim when they said it would take months because they’re behind. I’m very unhappy with Rock Island Arms, and with the customer service in Kentucky Gun Co
