ROSSI M92 Carbine Lever Action 45 LC 16" 8rd Rifle - Stainless

KYGUNCO is a great dealer to work with. Pricing is always good and the product is available when they say it is. Shipping to my FFL was seamless. Gun arrived in perfect condition. Looks like Rossi has changed the stain on the wood to a darker color. Contrast with the stainless rifle is beautiful. Quality and finish is excellent. Have not fired yet, but action is very smooth right out of the factory.

Love it! Fit and finish is very good, much better than my older Rossi. I like how the fore end is narrower than on the older ones, though still not quite as narrow as a Winchester. The wood feels better in the hand as well. Very accurate. I can't shoot better than about 4 MOA with these kinds of sights, and the 1" cloverleaf at 25 yards is telling me that I'm probably the limitation. It sighted in with the rear sight in the middle setting. As sometimes happens with lever action rifles of all major brands, the brass of heavier hand loads expands a little too far down the case to completely resize, resulting in a .483" donut. This is well within SAAMI chamber specs, but my other 45C guns don't happen to do it with the same loads, so just sayin'.

I love this thing! It's fun, fast, and recoil is more manageable than My Marlin 44 would have me believe. It smoothed up a lot in the first hundred cycles; if yours is a little rough just cycle it while you watch TV or something. Fantastic gun.
