Your shipping through a third party made it difficult to track the rifle I ordered. Also the firing pin on the rifle is defective and I am unable to shoot it at all. I have no one to represent me to Rossi to get it taken care of and Rossi's repair/service is pretty much non-existent. Wish I had purchased it from my local firearms dealer. They would have taken care of it for me.
Rossi's quality control is clearly on the bottom level. The firing pin is too short and won't make contact with the cartridge in the chamber. If Rossi had test fired the rifle, they would have known it was incapable of firing. Now Rossi wants me to pay the shipping to fix their error. I'll take it to a local gunsmith and pay to have it fixed locally where I live.
