I have owned this gun for 7 years now. It has been flawless, straight shooting, and extremely accurate. I have taken two mule deer bucks and three whitetail bucks with it. one shot and thats it. I switched to Hogue grips the second year. For feel. You do not need them for recoil as the gun has a heavy frame and has way less recoil than my 40 cal. S&W. This will become a favorite gun for you the 1st shot-- guaranteed ! Price, Quality and KY gun co. service Whats better than that
