I cant speak for the glock drums, but these AK-47 drums have worked great for me. I love being able to store the ammo ready to go without keeping pressure on the spring. Then with 5 twists of the crank I have 73 rounds on tap.

SGM Tactical has a horrendous record of quality and customer service. Anyone who has bought their 50-round Glock drum has found that out the hard way. Once rounds jam inside of the drum, there is no way to clear the drum - it cant be readily disassembled. Customer service They wont return e-mails or calls. STAY AWAY!
