Ordered item,rifle, shipped to an FFL,realized that rifle was wrong caliber, got in touch with Kygunco superfast while at FFL to explain the discrepancy and had a return label emailed to me superfast while at FFL, emailed return label to FFL. Kygunco's fulfillment partners didn't have the right caliber firearm after a Kygunco rep went to bat for me. Kygunco updated their website to reflect on whether or not an item is in stock.
Waiting on the purchase amount to be refunded back to me.
