The MFMD-MD/SDX system is a compact, hearing-safe NFA suppressor solution built for 300BLK rifles using a 5/8×24 thread pattern. This configuration includes both the primary Muzzle Device (MD) and the removable Suppressor Device Extended (SDX), allowing the system to operate as a flush-mount suppressor without any additional modules.
It mounts with 0.0" over-the-barrel clearance—meaning the device seats fully only when the distance between the barrel shoulder and the first obstruction is zero. Installation uses a direct-thread interface and the supplied shim kit and tool, ensuring proper alignment with no adapters or extra components. In MD+SDX configuration, it delivers significant reductions in flash, at-ear sound, and rearward recoil while maintaining consistent bolt-velocity performance.
