TAURUS 942 22 LR 2" 8rd - Matte Black

I am very pleased with Kygunco's prompt service. This is a nice little revolver, and it has some heft to it. I was unable to find an ultra-lite model anywhere, which I would have preferred, but I am very pleased with this one. The molded grip protrusion (ambi thumb rest) became fairly uncomfortable for my middle finger after 100-ish rounds, so with a sharp knife I carefully shaved away a little at a time and rounded it, and now it is very comfortable. I gladly recommend this company and this gun.

This is a hard to find revolver, and I had my email on a waiting list at Kygunco. In the meantime I found one that would cost me about 390.00, all in, and bid on it. Then I got the email that Kygunco had some, but I had a bid on Gunbroker, ouch. In 2 days I was outbid, and immediately went back to Kygunco, and got it for 335. Saved $55 and didn't have to pay by check as the other seller wanted, stupid. Bought on a Saturday, and had it in my local FFL the following Friday, on the range Saturday morning. Love it, solid accurate, with a nice trigger. I have a Taurus 905 9mm, which is identical to this. After about 20 2" groups with the 942, I shot about 5 -2" groups with the 905. Great trainer. Nice little .22 revolver. Is a little heavier than I thought it'd be. Cylinder a little stiff. but I'm sure that'll loosen up. 8 rounds is nice. Other than that it's a .22 snub. KYGUNCO had a decent price and shipped quickly.

I love this gun. i got the email it was in stock so I jumped on it right away it was back out of stock in couple hours I waited on my other gun when I got the notification it was in stock and it was gone by the time I got off work in few hours.
