After being impressed with a previous Taurus revolver purchase I wanted a 22lr revolver. After doing research I decided on the Taurus 942 22lr. Great revolver, great grip, great price and no issues with performance. Totally enjoy this revolver and Taurus prices can’t be beat. There is no recoil perceived when firing this revolver. Very well made and quite heavy. Great firearm for new shooters. Not getting into viability of 22LR for self defense. Taurus has upped their game and the quality of their product is equal to the competition. Also have the 22 Magnum and flawless performance.
