TAURUS RPC 9mm 4.5" 32rd Roller Delayed PCC - Black

The process with Kygun was flawless. Purchase was shipped and received in a few days after the transaction. When I reached out to customer service regarding my FFL preference, they were very quick to respond and answered my questions promptly. Haven’t had an opportunity to take it to the range yet, but I’m looking forward to doing business with Kygunco again.

This review has nothing to do with the process of purchasing the item. That process was fast and easy. The item itself was less than desired. As soon as I got it home, I went to field strip it to clean it before using. The process was one of the most cumbersome and time-consuming I have ever experienced. Then as I was field stripping it, the pin that locks the bolt in place fell completely out which is definitely not supposed to happen. So now I have a brand new firearm that I had to send back to Taurus. That process was not the most enjoyable either. I called yesterday and they informed me it may be 4 weeks before they even look at it. So after spending several hundred dollars, I wont even be able to do anything with it until at least mid-October. I looked up some videos on the RPC after all this happened and while reviews were generally ok, there were more than one that mentioned QC issues with the RPC. Overall, not pleased with this purchase but will wait to see what Taurus say.
