The Taurus TX22 in all its variants is a very accurate and reliable home run from Taurus. This TORO in particular came with 5 mags, 2 being extended capacity which is very nice for range use. It also can withstand a Viridian poly micro green dot which has worked fantastic. I’ve been running mine with an FN Catch 22 suppressor and it runs everything from low speed CCI suppressor rounds to CCI mini mags and everything in between. Runs like a sewing machine and haven’t had any issues. Processing and shipping from KYgunCo was fast and they had the best price by far. I would strongly recommend both KYGunCo and the Taurus TX22 pistols.

KGC was awesome as always, as far as the Taurus goes. I've shot it a few times now without any failures. Even suppresses it just eats everything I toss on it. Had the 1st gen and that thing was a tank. I expect this will be the same or better. Grab it, beat deal around on this package

Helluva deal, I'm very happy with it. Upgrades almost every bit over the gen 1 TX22. Suppressed, there can be more debris (unburnt powder, carbon knocked loose) flying backwards, so be sure you have your eyepro on if you have a silencer on the end. The old version had a side ejection port only, not much worry there. Mild complaint of no pulldown tabs on the 22 round mags, but I see why they can't have them with the +6 baseplate on there.

So far,I have had 2 failure to fire in about 3-400 rounds. It might be a product of the upgraded trigger, but the first gen one I had fired tens of thousands and I struggle mightily to remember 3 FtF.

With that said - buy this pistol. It is great, well worth it, and will become your favorite one to shoot, always coming to the range with you.

This is a great buy! Sight was easy to mount and sight in. Shot a tight group of 4” in a 10 round group free hand (rapid fire) at 15 yds right out of the box.
