Vortex Crossfire® II 3-9x40mm Dead-Hold BDC

With long eye relief, a fast-focus eyepiece, fully multi-coated lenses and resettable MOA turrets, there's no compromising on the Crossfire II. Clear, tough and bright, this riflescope hands other value-priced riflescopes their hat. The hard anodized single-piece aircraft-grade aluminum tube is nitrogen purged and o-ring sealed for waterproof/fogproof performance.

I wanted a rifle that could handle longer shots than my Marlin 30-30. I shopped around a lot, but this combo was what I decided on. I mounted the scope and bore sighted at 100 yards, and was on paper with my first shot. My best 5-shot group so far is about 3", but I haven't shot a lot yet. Overall I'm really pleased, this is a nice rifle - and especially so for the price.
