Its striking urban & black Speckle color scheme adds a modern touch. The mark V Hunter's barreled action is thoughtfully threaded at 1/2 x 28, ensuring compatibility with suppressors or brakes. A protective layer of Cobalt Cerakote shields the action from a wide range of environmental elements. The bolt, featuring deep fluting and a removable knob, serves a dual purpose, reducing weight and enabling efficient dust and debris clearance. This design also results in a reduced bearing surface within the action, thereby enhancing smooth functionality. The mark V Hunter offers versatility with its compatibility across a broad spectrum of cartridges, accommodating both Weatherby magnum chamberings and American classics. Engineered to be one of the world's most robust actions, the mark V boasts a distinctive multi-lug bolt system inspired by the interrupted thread lockup style. It is available in both standard and magnum action sizes, with the standard configuration boasting a six-lug design and the magnum employing nine locking lugs.
